TRY
You Don't Have to Know What You're Doing.
Sit down. Get your hands in the clay. Experiment. Make mistakes. Try again. Every potter starts somewhere.

OUR STORY
One potter in a small garage started a journey that grew into a thriving pottery community
full of creativity, laughter, and people who found their place in clay.

MEET TERI
Founder. Maker. Teacher. Community Builder.
Before The Bisque, Teri was creating thousands of functional ceramic pieces each year from her two-car garage. Her business quickly grew an online community of more than 40,000 followers. But somewhere between the orders, social media, and long hours creating alone, something felt like it was missing.
That is when she started teaching.
People drove from hours away to take classes in her garage. Students became friends. Friends became members. Before long, the two-car garage was packed with people learning, laughing, creating, and squeezing past each other in one very cozy studio.
When Teri finally decided it was time to build something bigger, the people around her didn't hesitate.
“We're coming with you.”
That chapter became The Bisque.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF STUDIO
Teri had been in pottery spaces that felt intimidating, quiet, or downright unwelcoming. Places where beginners worried about asking the wrong question or touching the wrong tool.
You won't find that at The Bisque.
Come as you are. Ask questions. Screw something up. Help somebody else. Play your music. Tell your stories. Learn something new.
Whether it's your first time touching clay or you've been creating for years, there's a place for you here.

TERI ON A FULL STUDIO OF CREATORS
“It's like music to my ears.”
Wheels spinning. Music playing. People laughing across the room,
sharing stories, and making things together.
“I'M NOT ARTISTIC OR CREATIVE.”
People walk into The Bisque convinced they aren't creative enough. Then they make a bowl. Or a mug. Or a matching dinner set.
Turns out, you might be more creative than you think.
LIFE AT THE BISQUE
Try something new. Screw something up. Make something you're ridiculously proud of.
That's how it works around The Bisque.

TRY
Sit down. Get your hands in the clay. Experiment. Make mistakes. Try again. Every potter starts somewhere.

LEARN
There's a moment when your hands start figuring out what once felt impossible. Teri loves watching that moment happen.

FIND YOUR PEOPLE
People come in alone all the time. Between the clay and figuring things out, strangers start becoming friends.
