1. Studio Classes, Workshops & Private Events

Class, workshop, and private event reservations hold limited seats in our studio. Please reach out to teri@thebisque.com ahead of your scheduled session if you need to ask about rescheduling or studio cancellation policies.

2. Monthly Studio Memberships & Cancellation

Studio memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis (or annually when an annual plan is selected). You may request to change or cancel your membership at any time by emailing teri@thebisque.com with “Cancel Membership” in the subject line. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

3. Clay, Glazes & Kiln Firing

Ceramics is an organic craft involving high-temperature kiln firings. While The Bisque takes great care with every piece loaded into our kilns, cracking, warping, glaze variation, or kiln mishaps can occasionally occur, and firing outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Outside clay bodies or glazes must be approved by Teri prior to use in the studio to protect kiln shelves, equipment, and other makers' work.

4. Studio Etiquette & Safety

All students, members, and guests agree to follow studio safety instructions, clean wheels, tables, and tools after use, and treat fellow makers and studio equipment with care and respect.
