2. Payments & Bookings

Online class registrations, workshop bookings, studio memberships, and retail purchases are processed securely through Square (Block, Inc.). Payment card details are handled directly by Square in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and are never stored on The Bisque's website servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Responding to inquiries about classes, workshops, memberships, and private events.
• Communicating schedule updates, kiln firing pickup notifications, and membership billing notices.
• Sending occasional studio news and upcoming workshop announcements when you opt into our newsletter (you may unsubscribe at any time).

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share information with trusted service providers needed to operate the studio (such as Square for payments, scheduling, and receipts) or when required by law.
